Thing that can go wrong when uploading a new revision or a new module

• path does not exist (dl)
• path is not writable (dl)
• path does not exist (ctanmirror)
• path is not writable (ctanmirror)
• filename is corrupt (includes path elements) (this probably lead to the following exception:
  Errno::ENOENT (No such file or directory - /var/www/contextgarden.net/dl/modules/tmp/t-cmscbf.zip-2006.09.12.zip)
  on 2006-09-14 19:48:51
• files are 600 or a permission that is incompatible with the current setup (web server is running with different permissions then the modules application)
